Registration fees for delegates include all Conference documents and attendance at all sessions and official ACCLS events (Opening & Closing Ceremonies and Welcome Reception), with lunch and coffee/tea on each Conference day. Registration fees for accompanying persons include official ACCLS events (Opening & Closing Ceremonies and Welcome Reception). Day registration is available for delegates who attend the Conference sessions for less than three days. All social activities (Gala Night and Pre- and Post-Conference Tours) are not included and will be separately charged for those who wish to attend a particular event.

^Registration per delegate includes 3 nights' accommodation (inclusive of all taxes), and is only available at the official hotel at Copthorne King's Hotel on a single/double/twin occupancy with daily buffet breakfast, complimentary internet access in the room and 2-way transfer to the Conference venue at The Academia (SGH Campus) . Check-in date is on 20 June 2015 at 2.00 pm and check-out on 23 June 2015 at 12.00 pm. Rooms are subject to availability.
The registration fee will be refunded upon receipt of a written notice of cancellation as follows:

| Between 01 June 2015 and 07 June 2015: | 50% refund of registration fee less administrative fee of $20 |
| After 07 June 2015: | No refund |
