The exhibition is also an excellent opportunity to promote your company's products on laboratory equipment and supplies to our colleagues and practising in the various disciplines namely histopathology, cytology, microbiology, haematology and clinical chemistry at this Conference. You can show your support for this regional meeting in Singapore by being a sponsor at the exhibition or sponsor our invited speakers, scientific or social events.

Official Contractor
These terms and conditions shall be read in conjunction with and as part of any contract made between the applicant for stand space (hereinafter called
the Exhibitor) and the Organising Committee of 15th ASEAN Conference of Clinical Laboratory Sciences (hereinafier called the Organiser). Any variations
in these regulations shall not be binding unless the written agreement of the Organiser to the variation is produced.
1. Selection of Booth/Space
The selection of booth/space is on a first-come-first-serve basis.
2. Assignment of Exhibition Stand-Space - Assignment
(a) The Organiser may appoint an Official Contractor for the construction and fitting of booth/space and the provision of all auxiliary services in connection
with the exhibition. No other persons or firms will be allowed to execute work or business in connection with the exhibition without specific permission
from the Organiser. The Exhibitor should contact the contractor directly for any additional or special requirement(s) and be responsible for any additional
payment.
(b) The Organiser will endeavour as far as possible to meet the choice of the Exhibitor, provided that the space desired is available on receipt of application. It reserves, however the right to make the final decision on the allocation of booths/spaces or, in exceptional circumstances, to alter the allocation of any booth/space. The Organiser also reserves the right to reject any application for space or to deal any application(s) as they deem advisable.
3. Demonstrations
The introduction or use of any inflammable liquids or gases, oxygen, compressed air, or other gas or liquid under pressure at the exhibition premises
is not permitted except with prior written approval of the Organiser. Exhibitors must not operate any equipment that will discharge harmful or otherwise
objectionable fumes, unless and subject to prior written approval from the Organiser that appropriate special arrangements for their disposal are made.
4. Distribution of Publicity Materials
Exhibitors are not allowed to distribute any advertising literature or other publicity material except at their own stands.
5. Exhibits - Construction and Removal
The Organiser reserves the right to remove any articles that it considers inappropriate to the exhibition or of any Exhibitor who does not conform to
these guidelines which may be in force at the time. The Exhibitor shall remove all exhibits from the exhibition hall within the period stipulated by the
Organiser.
6. Exhibits - Fixing and Installation
The Exhibitors must ensure that no damage occurs to the fixtures, walls, floors, glass etc. of the exhibition premises. All exhibits must be free standing
and floor surface must be protected where necessary. It shall he understood as part of the contract between the Exhibitor and the Organiser, that the
Organiser shall not be held responsible for any claims for damage to the structure, fixtures or fittings of the premises caused by the Exhibitor or his
employees or any other person(s) acting on the Exhibitor's behalf.
7. Exhibition Space-Stand - Alteration
Exhibitors shall not add to, or remove any part of their exhibits during the official hours of opening of the exhibition without the official approval
of the Organiser. Exhibitors may not dismantle any part of their booth or exhibits before the official closing time on the final day of the exhibition.
8. Exhibition Stand-Space - Maintenance
Exhibitors shall ensure that their booths/spaces are maintained in a clean and orderly condition during and immediately after the exhibition. Litter from
spaces shall be deposited in the litter bins provided and not on passage-ways.
9. Exhibition Stand-Space - Non-occupation of Booths
In the event of any Exhibitor failing to occupy the booth/space, the Organiser at its discretion may fill up, or let such booth/space, and the fees paid
will be forfeited. Exhibitors are obliged to ensure that their stands are staffed during the Exhibition.
10. Exhibition Stand-Space - Set-up
The Exhibitor may move in and set-up their exhibits/belongings at the exhibition area for set-up on 20 June 2015 from 1.00 pm to 5.00 pm. [Note: All Exhibitors
must ensure that their booths/spaces are manned and ready by 8.30 am on 21 June 2015 for the opening ceremony and tour of the exhibition]. No setting
up is allowed during the opening ceremony and tour of the exhibition. Additional storage space will not be provided.
11. Exhibition Tear-down
The Exhibitor would have to dismantle and clear All exhibits/belongings at their respective booth by 1.00 pm on 23 June 2015. No special arrangements
will be entertained.
12. Insurance
(i) Third Partv Claims
The Exhibitor is responsible for all personal injury or damage to property arising in connection with the construction or booth/space and anything permitted,
omitted or done thereon during the period of the exhibition or the construction and dismantling periods caused directly or indirectly by the Exhibitor
or any contractor, subcontractor, servant, agent, licensee or invitee of his or the act of omission or neglect of any such person or by any exhibit, machinery,
or other article or thing of the Exhibitor's or in the possession of or use of the Exhibitor's or any servant or agent of his. The Exhibitor will indemnify
the Organiser in respect of each and every such claims and all actions, proceedings costs, claims and demands in respect thereof. The Exhibitor must take
up adequate insurance in respect of all such claims.
(ii) Exhibitor's Staff and Exhibits at the Exhibition
The Organiser shall not be responsible in any way for personal injury to the Exhibitor or his servants, agents, invitees or licensees howsoever caused
nor for the loss of or damage to exhibits or to other property of the Exhibitor, his servants, agents, invitees or licensees, howsoever caused. The Exhibitor
must take up adequate insurance in respect of all such claims.
(iii) Consequential Loss
Exhibitors are advised to insure against costs and losses that they may incur in the event of the exhibition being prevented, postponed or abandoned for
causes not within the Organiser's control since the Organiser accepts no liability in such an eventuality.
13. Obstructions
Exhibitors shall not at any time obstruct or allow their goods to obstruct any passage-way or open space. Exhibitors will be strictly confined to the
booth/space allocated. Exhibitors shall not arrange their space any sign on it in such a manner as to obstruct the light, or to inconvenience or disadvantageously
affect the display of any other Exhibitors.
14. On-site Office Equipment
Exhibitors requiring telephone, fax, photocopy and other office equipment services should liaise directly with the exhibition centre and be liable to
settle in full the charges incurred.
15. Restriction of Sound Volume
Exhibitors shall ensure that the volume of all sound transmitted from their exhibits shall be so limited as to prevent interference with other Exhibitors.
The Organiser reserves the right to require any Exhibitor to reduce the volume of, or to terminate any such sound.
16. Shipping, Forwarding and Transportation
The Exhibitor shall be responsible for transportation of the exhibits from the country of origin to the exhibition venue. The Exhibitor shall be fully
liable for shipping, handling and insurance and tax charges. No storage facilities will be provided for the exhibits before, during and after the exhibition.
17. Subletting
The Organisers reserve the right to refuse admittance to any visitor to the exhibition to have access to the booth/space. The Exhibitor will not be permitted
to sublet or allow any other person or firm the whole or any portion of the booth/space allotted to him without the consent of the Organiser.
18. Termination of Hiring Agreement
An agreement with an Exhibitor for the rental of the booth/space may be terminated by the Organiser at any time before the exhibition without any reason
stated. The Organiser at their discretion allow the Exhibitor to withdraw from the Exhibition subject to a cancellation fee.
19. Payments
Payments are as follows, and made payable to bank account AACLS-SAMLS2015:
25% non-refundable deposit is payable before 21 April 2015
75% final payment due by 21 May 2015
20. Cancellations
Cancellations must be received in writing. Cancellations received before 21 May 2015 will be entitled to a refund, less 25% non-refundable deposit,
provided that the confirmed package has been taken by another sponsor or exhibitor and payment have been received.
